Appliance works well, except for water dispenser in door. Water is getting to the ice maker, so filter is not clogged. Nor is it because of a frozen water line in the door. Also the reset button does nothing other than to make a light on the door panel blink and emit a chirp.

Refrigerator was delivered and set up 10 days ago. Random muffled high pitched sound lasting 1 to 30 seconds. Electrolux sent a tech out to diagnose but, naturally, it did not make the sound for him. It is 12:45 AM and making the sound. I puchased this model based upon reviews stating it runs quietly. The random sound is annoying.

I really wanted to love this refrigerator. The appearance is sleek and clean without the water/ice on the front. I thought I would like the water dispenser on the inside of the door. But the water, while filtered, is warm. Where is the cold water? I drink a ton of water and this is a huge disappointment.I read a lot of reviews about this refrigerator being quiet. I'm stunned at how much louder the Frigidaire refrigerator is than my previous. And why is it making a recurring buzzing noise? It almost sounds like it's an alarm going off randomly in the freezer. I'm getting a replacement in the hopes that the next one is quieter and won't produce the recurring buzzing noise.

The ice maker makes noise only as it drops the ice and refills the ice code tray with water. I don™€™t use ice like that anyway so I turned it off. I am satisfied with my purchase.

From an assembly process point of view there was a lack of quality control at least for appearances. First the door seals were not installed the same way, were the supposed to be tucked in to the sheet metal or not? Even if it does not matter to the function of the fridge, it makes the quality look terrible for what would amount to 60 seconds of work. The expanding foam injection points were not cleaned up and plenty of foam was visible. at other points as well. Again a few more seconds of work to make it look presentable.The handles were not cleaned before the protective film was put on, not a big deal, but it seems crumby to get dirty hardware out of the box.The product sticker (with the model and serial numbers) was also very crooked. Granted this doesn't matter, but clearly they must under pay their employees if the employees can't feel the need to put a little effort into placing a sticker correctly. And I don't mean that it need to be supper preces but when the sticker is at a 20° angle it's just sad.Now from a functional design view. The toe grill does not fully snap into place for the model I received, which means the design is not functional with the allowed tolerances. Which means either the part should be held to tighter tolerances (more expensive) or a redesign is needed.A further redesign would be to make the doors even upon shipping. Granted the reason it is currently done this way is so that the doors are stabilized by the lower hinge brackets. Perhaps a it would be better to add more slots so that the brackets can be moved during assembly and still support the door during transit. On a similar vein the size of the nut for the door adjustment was incorrectly label in the included manual, which said the nut was 12mm when it was 7/16". That is not even the same measurement system let alone the wrong size. Does anyone proof read that thing?The leveling feet's did not have enough access for normal tools to easily adjust them. Either a redesign is need or a thin flat wrench should be included with each refrigerator.The biggest issue by far is that one of the components is making a loud annoying noise. Especially because I have had the refrigerator for about a week. I am unable to give customer service a recording of the noise so they could not help troubleshoot it at all. With my admittedly limited knowledge I believe it is one of following three components: the damping motor, water valve, or compressor. I have the ice maker removed and the water dispenser tuned off so if it's the water valve that means it is still trying to work for no reason which is a poor controls design. If its one of the other parts that means either the quality control is so bad that bad parts are getting shipped or the design team decided annoying noises are acceptable for an appliance that is often in ear shot of most people's living spaces, which does not bode well for their critical thinking.In all I am not satisfied with the refrigerator and will be attempting to return it and get one from a different brand that actually cares about their product and the end user.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I made the mistake of purchasing a Range and Refrigerator Directly from Frigidaire. Their delivery service was a joke!!! They showed up with the refrigerator damaged. The did not have an appliance dolly, they damaged both sides of my front door. They tried to move the appliance into the house without removing the box and packaging so they did not fit. The delivery person stood in my flower bed trying to move it. they put a large deep scratch 2' across my hardwood floor and 1 guy was super rude. I should have bought the appliances from a local company. Frigidaire won't just issue a credit, they say the have to remove and replace the appliance (very inconvienant) and they send a form for the damage which I would guess if I take the time to fill it out they will deny that as well. I have had atleast 6 appliance packages delivered in the past/////////NEVER AGAIN will I buy Frigidaire.

This refrigerator is by far the best one that I have owned. I really like the LED lighting and the fact that it dims and goes out after so long when the door is left open. It has so much room I can fit a cheese platter in it. And I also love that it has a deli drawer. Then as for the freezer, the huge ice drawer is great. There is plenty of room and shelves for so much food. All around GREAT APPLIANCE for the price!

We replaced our 15 year old fridge with this one. Love it, except the temp controls are on the inside of fridge side door. That makes it easy to touch the control while grabbing the door to close it. Same with the water dispenser. A little better engineering goes a long way. My opinion. Otherwise, awesome appliance.

It runs quiet and cold. It doesn't have back adjustment feet which made it a bit difficult in leveling. The water dispenser is a bit odd and is easily depressed when opening and closing the door. The more simple design and the icemaker being only internal and in the freezer will likely mean more reliable. It is well thought out and the air filter and drawer insert for keeping produce is a nice added touch. Overall, very pleased so far!

Our fridge has been a wonderful addition to our kitchen.I was surprised about the in door water feature, which has been wonderful. Also, it fits perfectly into the spot whereas our old fridge was an inch too big I am glad I went with Frididaire. Looking forward to my dishwasher to be installed tomorrow.

I really like the refrigerator. BUT, it is nearly impossible to level (so I was told by the installers) because there are wheels instead of feet in the back. If your floor is 100% level, great, you™€™ll love the frig. If your floor is even a fraction of a degree out of level, maybe not so much.
