Got a Pet? Not the Vacuum for You.

Weve had this vacuum for maybe two years tops now. Says it can be used for pet hair but ours constantly gets clogged. Even after removing the clump of hair the suction is very poor then it will almost rev up like its moving into a stronger suction and then turn off. Our vacuum is now collecting dust. I do not recommend this vacuum for people with pets.

Good vacuum when works

I purchased this on 07/17/24 and received it on 07/20/24 thru Amazon from a third party seller. First problem the door to dirt collection would easily come open and the spring hinged door under battery compartment had a sharp piece of the spring sticking out. Contacted seller with pictures who claimed it was a cosmetic defect from shipping. He offered us a 30 discount for defect and we could get a replacement part to fix it. Then 2 days later vacuum would only turn on for 3nin and shut off. Did everything recommend by LG troubleshooting. Now battery is bad or not charging. This vacuum is one month old today

Upon receiving the vacuum it did not work. The battery would not charge. I was very close to just sending it back and getting my money back all together. While packing it up to return I saw the sticker that said before you return call this number. The associate also concluded that we had just received a bad battery. LG sent me a new battery took about 10 days to receive and after charging this one works. So far it seems to be a good lightweight option. Battery life not quite as long as I would like especially in turbo but I will make it work.

Falling apart and horrible service

The vacuum is falling apart after 1 month. The clip that open the the canister just fell off. I called customer service it was totally waste of time. I sent them pictures and can not resolve the problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND LG Electronics.

Bought the CordZero Cordless Stick Vacuum - Single Battery A912PM after having great experience with another LG Similar to this one that lasted a couple of years. What a waste of money 4 months of use and it stopped working. It accelerates and slows down makes noise like it will explode then slows shuts down. HORRIBLE

This one has is slim and lightweight so it can reach under cabinets in my kitchen easily it has great suction and a turbo boost option for more power. I got my cord zero last month. So far I love the cordless feature. Quick clean up of the entry and edges of bathroom kitchen laundry. I dont have to worry about someone tripping over the cord while Im vacuuming. Wish it would have come with 2 batteries.

I got the vacuum as a gift. I wanted the Shark duo but it was sold out at every Walmart and the one I wanted only was sold on Amazon as renewed. My previous vacuum is a shark canister style. The head is broad and the width is better than the sharks. The suction is even and strong. The vacuum cleaned over the shark I had for 13 months and it is now on its last leg. I do like the cordless and bagless canisters. The only issue I have with these models is that Consumer Guide will not rate them due to the loss of battery power over time. As of today I like the vacuum I feel it will do wonders until I can get a Shark duo.

Cordzero is better than Dyson V6 cordless

We have both LG Cordzero and the Dyson V6 cordless. Cordzero wins in every way. It is extremely quiet compared to Dyson. It truly is quiet I thought it cant be working but it is. Stays on without having to hold a trigger picks up more dog hair the bin is easier to clean out the stick is extendable/retractable with the push of a button and the charging stand is very nice. The charging stand does not have to be screwed into the wall place it anywhere.

Reasonably priced and super suction but most importantly you arent racing before the battery gives out take your time and leave your carpet with lawn tracks like a 5 star hotel

I bought my new cordless vacuum last week am so very pleased. I wasnt always trusting of anything cordless having much power. This has totally changed my mind. It has a stand that takes very little room. The power of suction is amazing and its so light to carry. I love that it goes from hard wood floors right onto carpet without changing anything. Makes my vacuuming so much easier I am so pleased with it. I just built a new home and every appliance I own is an LG now.

I purchased this vacuum with not very high hopes. I was wondering if it would be worth it considering the cost. I must say it did not disappoint I love the fact that its lightweight and has a convenient place for the attachments. Vacuuming my rooms is a breeze which is a bonus since I have bad back pain. I also use it to clean my car seats and it works far better than my car vac. You will be happy with it if youre on the fence about purchasing. I have LG appliances throughout my home and Im glad I added this to the others

I purchased this in early January. It was delivered on Jan 11 and by May 11th it is no longer working. The battery does not hold a charge. We never used it for more than 10-15 minutes at a time. We often used it for 5 minutes at night and now it is a piece of garbage. By early April it was only sucking up when we used turbo and now nothing. It holds a charge for less than 30 seconds. Just horribly disappointing esp for LG. Know that *many of the positive reviews* were in exchange for a free vacuum or people that just got it. Look for reviews with people that owned it for more than a couple months.

This vacuum was very easy to figure out and set up. I have used it almost every day on my vinyl tile. I frequently use it on our carpets in between regular vacuuming. The battery has remained strong even when using the turbo setting. It has great suction is easy to clean out. It can get under things that my previous stick vacuums were not able to do. One word here some times I catch the release on something when going under furniture and the floor attachment comes off. Just a little learning curve. Mine came with a crevice tool. It would be ideal to include a brush too. I never want to use any other vacuum for cleaning hard to reach areas. I wish that I had found this item sooner

The vacuum does what I needed - it has excellent power and suction such that I can quickly and efficiently vacuum my space. Recharging is easy. I do think the inclusion or not of the extra battery available on some models should be more clear on the website.
